1. Definitions

In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "ark999" / "Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the online gaming platform operated at ark999.org under an international gaming licence.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on ark999 or accesses any part of the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on ark999 through which the Player accesses gaming services, manages funds, and claims promotions.
• "Services" refers collectively to all gaming products offered on the Platform, including but not limited to cricket betting, live casino, slot games, bingo fishing, and rummy.
• "Funds" / "Balance" means the PKR balance held in a Player's ark999 account, comprising deposited funds, winnings, and bonus credits where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits granted by ark999 subject to wagering requirements and conditions distinct from deposited real-money funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total bet amount a Player must complete before bonus funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and document verification process required by ark999 prior to processing withdrawals or as otherwise required under the Platform's compliance obligations.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law or the Platform's licence conditions.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the ark999 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion, you confirm that you have read this Agreement in full and agree to be legally bound by its terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

This Agreement constitutes the entire legal agreement between you and ark999 with respect to your use of the Platform. It supersedes all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings between the parties relating to the subject matter herein.

ark999 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of updated terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically.

3. Eligibility & Registration

Access to the ark999 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied on a continuous basis throughout a Player's use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ark999 strictly enforces this age requirement across all products and markets. Registration by or on behalf of any individual under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and agents may not register player accounts.
• You must not be a resident of or currently located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction. ark999 reserves the right to update its list of restricted jurisdictions at any time without prior notice.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of an employee of ark999 or any of its affiliated entities, software providers, or gaming partners.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.

ark999 is permitted to request supporting documentation at any stage of the registration process or thereafter to verify eligibility. Such documentation may include a valid Pakistani CNIC, proof of address, and payment method verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account restrictions.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ark999 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) delivered to your registered mobile number. ark999 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security.

You must notify ark999 support immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account or any security breach affecting your account credentials. ark999 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via mobile OTP, which is available from within your account security settings.

• Do not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• Do not use public or shared devices to access your ark999 account without ensuring complete log-out upon session completion.
• Do not use the same password for your ark999 account as you use for your JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or banking applications.
• ark999 staff will never ask for your password via any communication channel. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

ark999 reserves the right to temporarily lock an account if unusual login activity is detected, pending identity verification. This is a protective measure and does not constitute a suspension or penalty.

5. Deposits & Payments

ark999 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Digital, Meezan Bank Online, Visa/Mastercard, and USDT (TRC-20). All deposits are credited to the Player's account balance in PKR at the prevailing rate applicable to the selected payment method at the time of the transaction.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per payment method. These limits are displayed at the point of deposit and may be updated from time to time at ark999's discretion without prior notice.

• All funds deposited into your ark999 account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• ark999 does not charge a fee for standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which ark999 accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits made in error — including deposits to unintended amounts or via incorrect payment references — must be reported to ark999 support within 24 hours of the transaction.
• ark999 reserves the right to request documentary proof of a deposit source as part of KYC or anti-money laundering compliance procedures.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted by verified Players at any time subject to the conditions set out in this Section. All withdrawals are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, subject to availability and verification requirements.

Before any withdrawal is processed, the following conditions must be satisfied:

• Identity Verification: The Player must have completed KYC verification, including submission of a valid CNIC and, where required, proof of payment method ownership.
• Wagering Requirements: Any active bonus wagering requirement attached to the Player's account must be satisfied in full before withdrawal of associated funds is permitted.
• Minimum Withdrawal Amount: Withdrawal requests must meet the minimum threshold applicable to the selected payment method, as displayed at the point of withdrawal request.
• No Pending Disputes: There must be no active investigation, dispute, or fraud flag on the account at the time of the withdrawal request.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 2–12 hours for verified accounts; bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) are processed within 1–3 business days. ark999 does not guarantee processing times during periods of high transaction volume, system maintenance, or public holidays.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

ark999 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of this Agreement by reference.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses and promotions on the ark999 platform unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific offer terms:

• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above who have completed account registration. New player bonuses are available once per player, per household, and per device.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate promotional balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. Standard wagering requirements range from 15x to 35x the bonus amount, as specified per promotion.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds may only be used on the game categories specified in the relevant promotion. Using bonus funds on excluded games will not contribute toward wagering requirements.
• Bonus funds expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the validity period stated in the specific promotion. Upon expiry, bonus funds and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds will be removed from the account.
• ark999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time. Where a bonus has already been credited to a Player's account, the applicable terms at the time of crediting shall govern that specific bonus.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to exploiting offer mechanics, coordinated multi-account wagering, and systematic low-risk hedging strategies designed to guarantee profit from bonuses — is a material breach of this Agreement.

8. Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the ark999 platform operate in accordance with their individual game rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between the individual game rules and this Agreement, this Agreement shall prevail except where specifically stated otherwise.

ark999 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology across all slot and table game products. RNG certification is maintained through regular independent audits conducted by accredited third-party testing laboratories. Live casino games are operated by licensed studio providers whose dealing procedures and game integrity are independently audited.

• Game outcomes are final once confirmed by the Platform's gaming server. Connectivity issues on the Player's side do not entitle the Player to a refund or replay of a completed game round.
• In the event of a system error, software malfunction, or game interruption that affects a game outcome, ark999 reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the staked amount to the Player's account balance.
• For cricket betting and sportsbook markets: ark999 follows standard industry settlement rules for each market type. Odds are subject to change without notice prior to market closure. Bets placed after an event has commenced may be voided at ark999's discretion if they are found to have been placed using information unavailable to the market at the time of offer.

Players who suspect a game error or dispute a settlement outcome must raise the matter with ark999 support within 30 days of the relevant game round or event settlement. Claims submitted after this period will not be considered.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ark999 platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all account balances:

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment instruments to fund an ark999 account; using fraudulent identity documents during KYC verification.
• Multi-Accounting: Creating or operating more than one account on the Platform in any capacity, including using a third party's name or credentials.
• Match Fixing & Insider Information: Placing bets on sporting events using material non-public information or in connection with any attempt to manipulate the outcome of the event.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other Players in any game to gain an unfair advantage, including chip-dumping in poker or rummy, or coordinated cricket betting strategies designed to exploit pricing inefficiencies.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, software agents, or any automated system to interact with the Platform's games, betting interfaces, or account management features without the express written consent of ark999.
• Chargeback Abuse: Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with a payment provider for a transaction that has been legitimately settled on the Platform.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour toward ark999 staff or other players through any communication channel.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the ark999 platform — including but not limited to the ark999 brand name and logo, website design, game graphics, software, text, data feeds, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of ark999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written authorisation from ark999.
• Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology forming part of the Platform.
• Use ark999 branding or trade marks in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without express written consent.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Platform's pages, odds feeds, or game interfaces by any automated means.

Any unauthorised use of ark999's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ark999 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity — arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if ark999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ark999's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their ark999 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ark999 is not liable for:

• Losses arising from connectivity failures, including mobile network interruptions affecting JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or any other payment method used by the Player.
• Losses resulting from the Player's reliance on information, odds, or data displayed on the Platform that is subject to change.
• Temporary unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or events beyond ark999's reasonable control (force majeure).
• Unauthorised account access resulting from the Player's failure to maintain adequate password and OTP security.

Nothing in this Section limits ark999's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Responsible Gaming

ark999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this area seriously. The Platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from within the Player's account dashboard, including deposit limits, session time alerts, cooling-off periods (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days), and permanent self-exclusion.

Players are encouraged to make use of these tools at any time. Self-exclusion requests are processed without delay and result in immediate suspension of account access and removal from all marketing communications. Players who self-exclude may not re-register on the Platform during the self-exclusion period.

ark999 reserves the right to initiate responsible gaming measures — including deposit limit reductions or temporary account suspensions — where the Platform's monitoring systems identify patterns of play consistent with problem gambling behaviour. Such interventions are made in good faith and in the Player's interest, and do not constitute a breach of contract on ark999's part.

13. Account Suspension & Closure

ark999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's account at any time and without prior notice where it reasonably believes that:

• The Player has breached any provision of this Agreement.
• The Player's account activity is associated with fraud, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• The Player has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• The Player is or has become a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Regulatory, legal, or licensing requirements necessitate the restriction or closure of the account.

Where an account is closed for reasons not attributable to a Player breach — for example, at the Player's own request or due to regulatory changes — any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of outstanding KYC requirements.

Players who wish to close their ark999 account voluntarily may do so by contacting support at [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Closing an account does not cancel any pending withdrawal requests that have already been approved.

14. Amendments to This Agreement

ark999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect Players' rights or obligations — ark999 will provide reasonable notice by posting a prominent notice on the Platform or by sending an email notification to registered Players' email addresses on file.

Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to reflect changes in payment method availability) may take effect immediately upon posting without specific notice to Players.

Your continued use of the ark999 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and notify ark999 of your decision to close your account in accordance with Section 13.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement and any dispute, claim, or matter arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ark999 holds its international gaming licence. Players acknowledge that online gaming regulation varies by jurisdiction and accept sole responsibility for compliance with applicable local laws.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and ark999, the following resolution process applies:

1. First Contact: The Player must first raise the dispute with ark999 customer support at [email protected], providing full details of the complaint. ark999 will acknowledge the complaint within 2 business days and endeavour to resolve it within 10 business days.
2. Escalation: If the dispute is not resolved satisfactorily at the first contact stage, the Player may request escalation to ark999's compliance team for independent internal review.
3. External Resolution: If the dispute remains unresolved following internal escalation, the Player may refer the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body designated under ark999's gaming licence. Details of the applicable body are available on request from [email protected].

Players agree that any legal proceedings arising from this Agreement shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class action or group claim.
